Just a thought.. is form based code just the new shiny toy municipalities are reverting too for poor traditional zoning? Instead of governing by uses, we’re now objectifying developers by aesthetics. Density is an issues but city transportation infrastructure is not? I get some of the pros of FBC but the pessimist in me feels like the wool is being covered over our eyes. Feels like ever “secondary city” is reverting to FBC. What do you think?
