Posted about this last week, but I had a final round interview the Thursday before last with a real estate advisory firm. HR followed up last Monday asking some very specific questions about my availability to start work, sponsorship needs (I'm on STEM OPT currently). Got another email back from them today stating "we're still in the process of interviewing other candidates and should have an update by the end of next week/early following."
Did I just get waitlisted, or are they following a prescribed process? Asking because for my last two FO roles, I got offers day of/following day. Any input is welcome!
