Greystar Internship Program
Curious to hear thoughts on Greystars internship program for those of you who have been through it. What are the hours typically like, what team were you on and did you have the chance to continually interact with those on other teams, or are you rather secluded to your specific team? I’ve heard it’s a pretty flexible internship with regards to your operations, and are given the chance to work with other teams especially if you’re not loving your current spot. Is this true?

Heard the hours are around 60-70 hrs a week for interns. Culture is rough too. Plus you have to be in Charleston…
I know my office (non-Charleston development office) had interns, but I think we do it at our MDs discretion and it's separate from the national program. I know we had two for typical analyst-type work and one for Construction Management, though I don't think we're doing any for this upcoming summer.
