Hakimian Organization/North Point Capital Group - Culture, Comp, Hours, Learning Experience?

Was curious if you had any insight into these companies? Have heard of the Hakimian Organization being in New York, but was curious what the culture is like? The same for North Point Capital Group, seems very active and run by a majority of the same people - the Hakimian family. Curious what people's experience has been working or interning at either firm?
