I heard that it is probably one of the most toxic working environments. Exit seems pretty solid - Apollo, Angelo Gordon and the likes. Regarding compensation - I think they pay pretty well. I was reached out by recruiters a year or two ago and they were offering 120k + 100% bonus for associate one. I assume that the base has increased since then.

Avoid like the plague. Terrible culture and does terrible deals.
Not going to be as brutal as this but definitely worth speaking to somebody who has left the firm for a true flavour (you'll have a very easy time finding somebody as their turnover is the highest of anywhere I've ever seen)
Extremely aggressive PE shop. I would imagine they do not have the best culture.
Heard the culture and WLB is truly awful here!
That place has a good reputation, raising >£1.0bn closed-end funds so one of the biggest "independents" European PERE shops with Aermont and Orion.
However, very strong former Goldman IB culture due to the firm's leadership. As such WLB and average tenure is not the best.
I heard that they were prepareing 100+ page lender memos.

Interviewed with them a few years back. Fairly aggressive headhunter and case study / mock IC but very competent team. Imagine working hours here will be long and not typically the most comfortable working environment.
