Hotels Valuation Help - Calculation Exit Values

Hi all,

I have 20 hotel assets with different  stabilisation years and development years etc. I need to calculate the exit value depending on the state of play and not sure how to do it.

These are my options:

Stabilised - 10% Cap

Ramp-up  - 8% Cap

Development - 5% Cap

I need to be able to calculate   an exit value based on a given years  NOI accounting for whether the asset is in any of the above stages - any ideas how to do this?

I have listed out:

Asset ID | Trading Year  | Stabilisation Year

As well as my NOI figures for each asset.
