How compettitive is it to get hired for the Prudential Analyst Program in NJ?
I am an undergraduate College student who is looking to pursue a career in RE and the Analyst program at Prudential seems like it is very beneficial and offers a lot of experience. But, how competitive is it and what is required on one’s resume? What would help stand out? What’s the Average hire have? Thanks for your help!

Prudential has a few different RE groups so it varies, but overall they have a sizeable RE staff across the country so there's more positions overall. For a look at what types of people work there I recommend going on their LinkedIn and scrolling through people's backgrounds. That will give you a better idea of what to shoot for experience wise.
Thank you so much for responding. Could you elaborate on what different RE groups Prudential has and I was like also curious on how competitive getting an Internship at Prudential is? Also, what internships and experience in the CRE field would be the most beneficial to build up one’s resume?
Thanks again!
I did the debt program. In my experience their is a lot of loyalty to their OCR schools. If you are coming from outside of one, would need to network a good amount.
Thanks you that's helpful! What would be some examples of schools that have OCR?p>
Rutgers
Their sweet spot is probably more top 30 schools.
What was your experience like working at Prudential?
