How to find a mentor?

Started full time out of school a few months ago in development. Although I’m learning, I don’t see a long term future with this company and feel very uncertain about my future and don’t really have a sense of direction. Never really felt like this in school as I knew exactly what I wanted and was able to get that (role in development). Now that I’m here, I’m not really sure what goals to have in mind moving forward and am in need of guidance as I build a road map and make sure each one of my moves has purpose and intention behind it. I network a lot and have casual coffees but haven’t had much luck turning any of those into a serious relationship.
