How to network as an analyst?

Recent college graduate, having been working as an IS analyst for a few months at a big 4.

Looking to go out and meet more young people in the industry, especially from different companies to start building a network and forming relationships.

What is the best way to go about this? Any groups like NAIOP that I should join? Currently located in Texas.

ULI is a good one. Maybe try and host a young professionals event through your brokerage. Bet you'd get kudos from your boss, and you can meet analysts from BS and expand your network.
