Anyone have any info on Hunt Real Estate Capital? In terms of deal flow/pay/hours and anything else. Have a possible opportunity to work as an analyst there. Thanks!
Huge player in MF/residential...Also one of the largest owner/operators in the military housing space. Dont know anything about culture/hours. But for a first time analyst opportunity, I would think it's a great option.

I haven’t heard good things about the culture at Hunt. And culture aside, they’re not one of the top MF lenders by a long shot. But if that’s your only option, you should take it to gain experience and then jump ship.
