In-House Leasing Compensation
Curious what the Compensation structure looks like for an in-house leasing team for a big developer? Think (Tishman, Boston Properties, Vornado) What can someone at the bottom make (Leasing Coordinator, Leasing Manager) and then what do the top guys bring in? (Director, etc.)

Had a friend at JBG who was leasing for a bit. They were salaried and earned 50bps on in-house leased stuff and I think 2% on 3rd party managed stuff.
Any idea on average what you can look to take home?
