Inflationary Raise?
Speaking only about inflationary raises, nothing else. Did anyone else get one? If you did, at what percentage?
Found out today that mine was 5% but was hoping for something closer to 7-10% given where we are at.
Do you mean you got a 5% raise total, or was this (1) out of the blue and not with your standard comp talks or (2) ontop of your expected raise?
