Interview Real Estate Case Study

Hey Gang,

I have a real case study to be presented in front of a panel as the final stage of the interview process. I have only ever done modeling tests and I am not sure what exactly what to expect? I have not been given the case yet, but I wanted to get people's opinions on case studies for interviews, what should I expect, common questions?

It is for a LifeCo in NYC, and my background is primarily brokerage so how should I approach this putting on a lender "hat".

My experience with these case studies is that they want to know how you think and are able to articulate your reasoning behind your answers. Hard to give you more help without knowing the case study but I would assume it would either be 1) pick an investment and explain why 2) choose between two investments and explain why.

thank you guys very much, we placed 2nd!

You speak in in varying levels of verbosity. You often adopt the typing quirks of others as you find it boring to settle on styles.
