Investment Sales / Brokerage - What is impressive?

I've been working as an analyst at a mid market brokerage (Newmark / M&M) for a rock star investment sales team. I wanted to see what people think is impressive in the investment sales / brokerage industry. I've helped underwrite over $2 Billion in both acquisitions and dispositions over the past 2 years and helped with the transaction process for over 150 properties with the average property sale ranging from $10-20M. We've also worked on some deals with sales on $50M+. Is this normal for most investment sales teams in major markets like LA, SF or NY? Could anyone expand on their experience on an investment sales team and what they transitioned to?
