Search for small firms in your local market. Too late for structured programmes, will need to create your own. Meet a few principals at these firms and let them know you'd like to gain experience this summer. It may mean working for free or low comps if these places don't traditionally take on interns.
If you are willing to work for free / minimum wage, no it’s not too late. Lots of small firms out there.
