Job Options and Next Steps
As someone who's working on the debt side in NYC, I have a few options at the moment for next steps. Trying to figure out what makes the most sense since I'm a few years out of school at this point, and would eventually like to go into development. I know there's not a whole lot of information, but would like to hear some people's opinions.

Going into acquisitions, but starting as an analyst, in Colorado where the focus is on multifamily.
