Job Options and Next Steps
As someone who's working on the debt side in NYC, I have a few options at the moment for next steps. Trying to figure out what makes the most sense since I'm a few years out of school at this point, and would eventually like to go into development. I know there's not a whole lot of information, but would like to hear some people's opinions.
1. Going into acquisitions, but starting as an analyst, in Colorado where the focus is on multifamily.
2. Going into hotel development in NYC.
3. Continue job hunting.
