There’s CRE Lending and then there’s Real Estate Private Equity Investing. You should be more specific on which one your talking about because pay and exits are different for both
CRE LENDING
Probably 90k base 10-20% bonus. CRE lending is part of the commercial bank where salaries are lower than other areas of JPM. Exit ops are debt funds and other banks mainly, some go to equity side
Had a friend who was AN1 making 110 base last year after the salary increases
In the commercial bank? Or in asset management… that’s not a commercial bank salary, that’s an JPMAM salary
The CRE LENDING role got raised last year (within commercial bank)
Very strange as I have a commercial bank associate data point that’s lower than that…
