KKR RE London
Any insights into their RE team in London? How has their 2015 fund performed? Heard that have invested at peak market into things like German Resi, might be their 2021 fund. They also have a Core+ fund, is the acquisition team divided or do the same guys underwrite opportunistic and core+ deals?
