Looking to apply to LaSalle Debt and Special Situations team in London as an Analyst.
Does anyone have any knowledge on what level of modelling they require and what they include on their modelling tests?

Pretty new team, so not a lot of info available
Thanks - any advice on what real estate Special Situations funds generally require in terms of modelling / analysis?
...I'm guessing they will ask for cashflows and maybe a fund based waterfall?
Will most likely just be a standard debt modeling test.
Mmm yes special situations - much different from normal situations funds
