LaSalle Special Situations modelling (London)
Looking to apply to LaSalle Debt and Special Situations team in London as an Analyst.
Does anyone have any knowledge on what level of modelling they require and what they include on their modelling tests?

Thanks - any advice on what real estate Special Situations funds generally require in terms of modelling / analysis?
...I'm guessing they will ask for cashflows and maybe a fund based waterfall?
Will most likely just be a standard debt modeling test.
Mmm yes special situations - much different from normal situations funds
Have you taken it yet? Have done what I expect to be a similar test to that some time back and happy to help with pointers..
