Hi all, currently a Assoc. / Senior Assoc. at a MF (BX, KKR, Apollo) looking to transition to a smaller fund.
Have reached out to the large recruiters with my resume (great experience across a variety of asset classes), but have yet to see a worthwhile opportunity in the last ~month or so.
Know the market is tough right now but I Am surprised that it is this bad. Should I just continue to be patient?
