LMA guidelines for REF transactions outside UK/EU
Recently started my analyst gig in a RE Debt fund based in London and noticed that most transactions underwritten in the UK/Europe tend to generally follow LMA (Loan Market Association) guidelines. Just out of curiosity, is there something similar (i.e. a set of guidelines widely used in debt-financing transactions) in the US as well?
