London - Urban Exposure/Precede/Précis Capital

The former senior management of Urban Exposure has founded Precede/Précis Capital after the company got liquidated. They are recruiting a senior associate for their new company. I was wondering if anyone had any sort of information/insight about how it was to work at Urban Exposure and their management team.

No info on management, but would be good to get an insight on comp at Precede if available?
Going through the final stages of the process, hopefully will be able to provide more information on the comp. So far I'm not particularly thrilled with the cultural vibe I've received from my interviewees. Also, found out via LinkedIn that a couple employees have been laid off recently... 🚩🚩🚩
