Looking for help from the forum

Hi, so I am a co-founder of an early stage startup. We are working on an Asset Management/ invest accounting solution for multifamily investors.

In a nutshell, investors/ firms who use external property management (PM) companies, have a challenge. Many time the PM uses different property accounting software than the investor. In this case, the "transition" from one accounting system to another is done using spreadsheets (a lot of bookkeeping). AM also have a challenge trying to create cash flow reports (tracking assets in large spreadsheets) that they can analyze based on different PM accounting systems.

My team and I are working on a software solution that integrates PM software and popular accounting systems (such as QuickBooks).

I was wondering if anyone with some AM experience/ accounting experience would like to provide some feedback or chat?

Let's connect!
