Master in Real Estate at NYU or Georgetown ? Which is better

I have been selected for Masters in Real Estate Program at NYU and Georgetown and I am unable to decide which university should I choose. I have an experience of 12 years as a Construction Manager/Architect and now I want to switch to Real Estate development. I know that NYU has an excellent faculty and better networking opportunity but is it worth paying the double tuition ?

Look at it from an ROI perspective. I doubt anyone is going to tell you that the Georgetown degree is going to guarantee a significant increase to your career earning potential. Both degrees are comparable and at a certain point it's a bit binary - either you have the Masters or you don't. To me, the cheaper option here is more valuable.

Only thing I'd suggest keeping in mind is what market you are looking for connections in.
