Megalith Capital Management

Was reading some articles about these guys. It seems like a pretty cool group, but very niche (residential development and repositioning in NYC, 2 principles and 1/2 associates). Founder seems like a boss.

Anyone work with these guys before and have any view on them?

And would a shop this lean worry any of you if you were early in your career? As cool as it might be, seems like there could be some trouble with going elsewhere from a name recognition standpoint, which probably holds some weight.
