MF Debt/Equity Brokerage Houston

After some consideration, I want to start my career coming out of university at a debt or equity brokerage shop specifically for multifamily transactions.

What firms should I look out for that have a multifamily debt and equity placement team?

If I were to guess ... Newmark's debt/equity placement team would be #1 in Houston followed by JLL/CBRE/Cushman&Wakefield?

Does anyone have any insight?

Any insight into CBRE/Cushman&Wakefield's team?

It looks like CBRE only has the specialized teams in Houston (i.e., Senior Housing).

Thank you, could you provide more color? Someone told me Newmark is very strong in the multifamily space.
