MF RE Asset Management - What to Expect

Hey everyone, I’ve accepted an offer from a large RE player (Blackstone, Starwood, MS Real Estate Investment) for a Junior summer analyst position in Real Estate Asset Management. I’ve had several previous roles in real estate, but this was a more structured recruiting experience and I expect the role to be far more intensive. I was hoping to get some insight into what to expect during my summer there and some advice on how to maximize the opportunity and really perform well. To my understanding I will be working on an asset level and will have some exposure to the acquisitions side as well. I’ve completed REFAI and expect to be certified in Argus by my start date. Again, any insights would be much appreciated.
