Mining Building Stacks w/ Exp Dates

Are there any good methods for acquiring and/or updating building tenant stacks without having to call on favors? Most importantly, finding ones with current expiration dates. If that's too much to ask for, are there places where a single tenant's lease expiration / RSF / floor would be made public?

I'm new to the industry and don't have many relationships with people who would just give me what I need as a favor and I've been tasked to get these.

Thank You

Costar has some of this - generally pretty unreliable but a good start. Otherwise, if you know who the tenant is, public companies may disclose lease expiration dates in their filings (smaller ones may even need to file an 8-K with the lease in it if its a material deal). Brokers will have this information too... possible to leverage your firms brokerage contacts to request?
