Moving From Infra to REPE
How feasible is it to move from a project finance / infra debt advisory role at an IB to REPE as an analyst/associate with strong modeling skills?

Very, very doable as an analyst but much less so as an associate. Unless you are at a top tier advisory shop, then associate roles that recruit from the BB IB pipeline may look at you
Do REPE firms use headhunters to recruit analysts? Or do you have to apply directly?
