Multi family Development in Southeast

Firm size: Family office of 6 people total with $450MM of multi/BTR under construction

Title: Development Associate

Base: $110k Bonus: 40% Deal bonus: $5k per closing rolled into LP equity and $10k per disposition

I am also on the UW/capital markets side. Do you coordinate architects/engineers/design? And if not, is the next step up at your firm to be in charge of that process?

Also, what are you current hours? I’m working 45-50 on average which is a lot better than the equity firm I used to work at.

Also, is your co invest on the LP or GP side? Do you know when you expect to get true carry in deals?
