Does the Bloomberg Terminal offer property-level data on income and expenses of multifamily properties in CMBS? CoStar offers this but their pricing is steep, and I want to use it for research. My institution has access to a Bloomberg terminal, so I'd love to just be able to use that. I'm not too familiar with the terminal, so I don't know where I'd begin with searching.
