Need some career guidance

Recently graduated with a Finance degree. Completed 3 internships 2 in brokerage and the other in multifamily acquisitions. Not getting too many call backs for entry level positions (Berkadia Walker Dunlop type of firms).

I have a few thousand saved up from my internships and was wondering what the best course of action would be to get my foot in the door. I’m currently working through adventures in commercial real estate as well.

ARGUS certification

Cornell real estate online certification

Thanks in advance.

Well I think your education and background are well suited for an analyst role at a variety of firms so I wouldn't worry too much about additional certifications and licenses. What is your approach when applying to jobs? Are you just applying online? I've found in my experience its almost better to just reach out to people who work at the firm even if no job is posted and try to set up a call. Real estate is all about connections so I would put most your time into cold emailing/calling and try to set up meetings.  Good luck.
