Net Lease Exit Opps
Have been sourcing and underwriting net lease properties for a fairly large public reit for a couple year now. Enjoy what I’m doing but there isn’t exactly a clear path to move up in the seat I’m in. Its a pretty niche and small space within RE so there aren’t many open roles for similar firms. The market is slow now, but I’ve found it challenging to get traction for other acquisition/underwriting roles in broader, less specialized RE firms. Was wondering if anyone with a similar background had some perspective on alternative exits from stnl?
