NewMark Knight Frank? Seems like the only group worth getting into is the one you mentioned. @MonopolyMoney has contributed to posts about this firm in the past. Maybe he can add something here.
I don't know anything about them on the east coast, I'm at one of the "Big 3" (CB,CW,JLL) on the west coast but do know people at NKF out here.
I think Newmarks main strategy is to poach top producers from other shops at whatever the cost hoping that others follow.
