North East 1st Year Development Analyst Comp

I've got the opportunity to provide what I think should be the comp for a first year development analyst in the North East (not able to specify where but for reference a one bed within a commute of the office would cost $2,200 min). I'll be working around 60 hours a week (the company altogether has several billion in the portfolio but this role will be focusing on a new-ish asset class). Based on what I've seen on here I was looking at $80,000 base + bonus, does this sound appropriate? I have 1 year + internship experience.
