NYC Cap Rates - Multifamily
For those who are in the multifam space in NYC, what are your thoughts on the effects of increased rates on cap rates in the city?
Despite certain tailwinds (dry powder and rising rents), I'm a little stumped on how cap rates can't not move up a decent amount to account for the rise in rates.
