Can anyone recommend any real estate investing meetups in NYC? Or does anyone currently own property and potentially want to start one?
I'm 30, working in NYC as a Property Manager, and personally own and manage 7 rental properties between PA and NYC and looking to connect with other individuals who are also currently investing.

You should check out YREPNY (that's Young Real Estate Professionals of New York), they do live events in both NYC and N. NJ. I think they have some small investor types who attend, and those who service that type of market. It's pretty wide open, interns/students to institutional types.
