NYC Metro Industrial RE
Hi all, I'll be moving to NYC in the coming months and am looking to rent warehouse space. For those familiar with the area, does Northern Jersey offer the best bang for one's buck? Our main priorities are 1) low rents, and 2) reasonable distance from Manhattan (within a 30 min drive). Based on our research thus far, it seems like Northern Jersey (Passaic area) would be the most fitting, as rents look to be significantly lower than those in Queens/Brooklyn/Westchester. Just wanted to confirm that the above is more or less accurate. Thanks.
