I recently accepted a partnership level role at a national operator. Obviously generating strong returns for our clients is priority number one; however, generating strong fee income at the opco level is of importance to grow/maintain a vibrant business.

Monkeys in a similar role - what types of fee structures have you had success with? Could be for development, repositioning, or other related value-add strategies.
