Happy it’s finally in effect although some firms still haven’t posted their ranges on new roles like PGIM. I haven’t seen anything crazy, but was surprised Scultpor AM Associate base was 120-140k. Even though it’s just AM, typically at places like that PE, Banks, etc associates are 150-160k base. Curious on bonus
It’s be a lot more helpful if they posted bonus ranges as well. Such a large amount of total comp in CRE.
