Percent salary gap between Analyst/Associate?
What is a typical base gap between an Analyst and Associate? My team is going to be bringing in an Analyst and with inflation and everything concerned my salary is not going to be way much more.

depends on what role/size of firm/etc. but typically at least 10-15% increase. In addition, the bonus should be a larger % as well
I am a year 1 Associate and I know my firm came out with bumps to Analyst but not yet to Associate levels. With that new bump I am only around a 20%-23% higher base than what an entry level Analyst would earn right now. About a 10pt different in bonus but still feel this is incredibly low?
I'm an analyst. At my firm (family office) the associate I work under makes ~45% more, not including bonus.
