Perception of Avison Young Investment Sales Toronto
Folks in Toronto, what are the perceptions of Avison's IS teams? I know CBRE's NIT and RBC's IB Brokerage are considered the gold standard but are there standout groups at Avison?
This might be a flawed view but I've always perceived them as being lower-tier than CBRE/JLL/Colliers from a brand perspective.

I mean if it’s the only offer you have on the table, it’s still a job that will give you valuable experience. Your branding will just be worse.
You’re going to work on likely a lower volume of deals than at a bigger brokerage, and likely smaller deals, but experience is experience.
