PNC - Real Estate Capital -Senior Asset Manager LIHTC

Currently being recruited for Senior Asset Manager role for LIHTC at PNC. They've been one of few banks that has valued my past development experience. They've already said I'd be able to work from anywhere, with periodic check-ins at corporate office.

In this role I would have a portfolio of around 30 plus properties. I would manage the property through construction, stabilization, and deposition of our stake in the deal as LP before 15 year compliance period ends.

I just have some reservations about making this career pivot. Does anyone have any idea how much the pay should be for this role.?

What type of exit opportunities would I have from this role?

Would this be too boring for someone that's been working in development their whole CRE career? (I ask this because I really like development but I'm just not getting the opportunities I think I deserve. I've been looking to make a move in development for almost 18 months and no luck. Seem like insanity not to take this role with PNC seriously given the flexibility to work from anywhere, plenty of support/training, and benefits (heard through grapevine that PNC has pension like program)

Any thoughts would be helpful. Thanks in advance.
