Property Reserve (LDS Church)
Anyone have info on Property Reserve (aka, the LDS Church)? Don't see much, if any, info out there, so was wondering if anyone has any info on them (outside them having more money than god)
I've transacted with them once before. They are picky choosey, but once they've identified something they like, they're super aggressive. Have been buyers of front of the brochure, industrial. Mostly single-tenant stuff from what I recall. Their capital is obviously super low cost so they'll outbid the field by 20-30bps to win
Yup, this tracks with my experience as well.
They bid out the rest of the market by ~5-10% for a stellar ground-up multifamily deal in the PNW.
