For those of you who have to prospect regularly - What software or tools do you use? We have CoStar, which I have a hate/love relationship with due to inconsistent/inaccurate data. We've been considering Reonomy, which I've read some good things about on here and heard from others.
I talked to a Prospect Now rep recently and it's pretty cheap compared to Reonomy and is pennies compared to CoStar. They're really small though, so I doubt they have the coverage of the more well-known companies
Curious if any one has ever used any of the platforms I've mentioned here, or has any other suggestions?
For context, I work in MF and CRE lending, primarily in CA
