RE Private Equity Associate Compensation - Midwest
I’m trying to gauge where I should start my negotiations but am having a difficult time since most comps are referencing NY/Chicago; however, I’m in a smaller market in the Midwest (not Chicago).
What would you suggest base / bonus?
