Real estate compensation in NYC

Hello everyone,

I recently got an offer from a tier two bank in NYC as an associate. I will be focusing on real estate acquisition. I am trying to negotiate the offer with them. I know as an associate in the real estate group is definitely not making as much as those associates in IB. But still wondering if anyone could give me any insights on the salary?
