Real Estate Crowdfunding Compensation

Interviewing at a few of these real estate crowdfunding startups for real estate acquisitions roles in NYC (think: Cadre, Fundrise, YieldStreet, CrowdStreet, etc.) and haven't really gotten much information on compensation from recruiters. Also haven't seen a similar forum on here.

I understand they'll probably pay a bit less than traditional acquisitions analyst roles and pay more of the comp in the form of stock options. That said, does anyone that works at one of these companies, knows somebody that works at one, or has heard anything know what acquisitions analysts / associates can expect to make here?
