Mostly junior level so analyst and associate. What're the numbers like for NYC?

I don't work at a "MF", but Associate 2 was 125/125 this year and VP is 225/225/100 carry.

Pretty sure we are at or slightly above market because several 2021 new hires came from those MF names.

Associates at my firm are usually around 28 and have 5 years of experience (we aren’t huge on MBAs). VPs are usually in mid to early 30s. The youngest is 32 and The oldest is 38.

making VP and getting carry is a huge promotion at my firm and is earned, not just handed out because you’ve been there for 3 years as an associate.

I’m in NYC.
