Real Estate internship

I am going into my junior year at a small liberal arts school and want to go into CRE and maybe REPE. I already have an internship at a top residential REIT and am currently at a very well respected REPE firm that serves the big east coast cities. I was wondering what you all thought some ideas for a possible junior year internship would be to continue on the same bath.

Congrats on your internships so far. I think you're in a great spot. A couple of questions:

*What asset class does the REPE firm you're currently at specialize in? Are they value-add investors, core, opportunistic, or all of the above? *You seem unsure if you want to be in REPE or something else in the world of CRE after graduation. Care to expand on this?

Thank you. They specialize in finding undervalued/under performing office and mixed-use space.

I am more unsure as to what my next step should be in looking for possible internships for my junior summer if I want to continue working in REPE.
